Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

4. Luna AI Phone Assistant

Our AI phone assistant Luna processes call data on behalf of the respective dental practice to enable appointment bookings and patient communication. Processing is carried out exclusively within the framework of commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Processed data includes:

  • Caller's phone number
  • Conversation content (for appointment scheduling)
  • Scheduled appointments and patient data

Data is stored on secure servers within the EU. Conversation data is automatically deleted after successful processing, unless legal retention requirements apply.

5. External Services and Tools

Vercel Analytics

To statically analyze visitor traffic, we use Vercel Analytics, a service provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel Analytics does not set tracking cookies, however, it briefly processes your IP address (which is immediately hashed and anonymized) to generate general metrics about website usage (e.g., page views). The processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the continuous optimization of our website. Cal.com (Appointment Booking)

We use the service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) for online appointment scheduling. When you access or use the appointment booking tool on our website, a connection to the Cal.com servers is established. Technical data (e.g., your IP address) is transmitted in the process. If you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email, message if applicable) will be processed by Cal.com on our behalf. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation).
