Praxilio was founded in January 2026 by Yusuf Yilmaz to significantly simplify daily operations in dental practices and orthodontic offices. At its core is an AI-based phone solution that automatically answers patient calls, organizes appointments, and independently handles common inquiries. This ensures practices are always reachable while noticeably relieving their team.

Through the platform, individual conversation flows can be defined, suitable voices selected, and important practice-related information integrated. This creates a digital reception that intelligently prioritizes calls, forwards to staff when needed, and connects directly with calendars and practice software.

All conversations are captured in real-time, transcribed, and stored in a structured manner. The gathered information can be transferred to existing systems or used for internal documentation.

In addition to automated call handling, Praxilio also enables outbound calls, such as for appointment confirmations or reminders, and provides dedicated phone numbers for this purpose.
